It all began in a front room in 1994, when a small group of us felt God speak about planting a new church in Coventry. We had no idea what to expect, but God amazed us! Over the next few years we gathered people from Coventry, Leamington Spa, Banbury, Kenilworth, Nuneaton and Rugby who shared our vision. As our growth continued we moved from one school hall to another, and we now gather around 250 people on Sunday mornings in two Sites: one in the Stoke area of the city and the other in the city centre.

God has proved faithful year after year and we trust Him to fulfil His promises to us that we will plant a number of other Sites and grow to become a large church across the city of Coventry!

Throughout our journey as a church, God has spoken to us at different times about planting churches, with pictures including that of HMS Victory and her sister-fleet of ships, and a wheel with hub and spokes. This has led to the planting of Stoke and City sites in Coventry in 2021, with more sites in different parts of Coventry to come in the future. God has called us to be a city-wide church and in this city of “villages” we need to go where people are.
